the flip side . . .

of the Libby's atlas, the pork and beans and the tomato juice were packed in Canada.  It's interesting that back then we called 'Tomato Ketchup' 'Tomato Catchup'.

  1. Catchup? Really? Never heard of that! We have ketchup and catsup. But what is catsup anyway? Sounds like something in the saucer for the cat to sup.

    Did you have the following jingle: If it's Libby, Libby, Libby on the label label label, You will like it like it like it, on your table table table?

    It was pure genius!

  2. I don't know that slogan but it does sound good! Maybe the catsup is where all the missing saucers went.
