Sunday stamps - South America

For this week's theme, here are some 'older' stamps from Argentina . . .


and a George VI stamp from the Falklands.

  3. Cattle on stamps, indicating an important role in the history of the country. Is that how Argentina beefed up security?

  4. My favorite is the stamp with the fruits. It is interesting to see the fruits in a monotone drawing instead of a brightly colored photo.

  5. I was hoping someone would come up with a Falkland Islands stamp - just to remind the Argentine stamps that the Falklands are British.
