Sunday stamps (or not)

As I didn't have stamp for this week's theme, I found a cover from 1969 which also doesn't have a stamp (although it should have).  Hence an 8d (that's 8 pence in old money) to pay.  I think the letter rate at the time was 4d, so the Post Office just doubled it, nowadays they add £1 to the underpayment. Anyway although this envelope missed out on a stamp, it still received a slogan cancellation - Family Welfare Association Centenary Year London 1869 -1969.
